How To Get Long Hair
Here is an inspiring video that I found on YouTube in which a girl talks about the promising results she’s seen while trying to grow longer hair.
I may not agree with all of the things she says in the video (especially some of the products she mentions – some of the same things didn’t work for me at all), but she does make some very valid and useful points.
The first thing that she mentioned that I agree with 100% is that you shouldn’t be washing your hair every single day – especially with shampoo that isn’t right for your hair-type. Doing this will dry your hair out which will end up causing it to be dull and damaged.
The second thing that the touched on that is correct is about how important proper vitamins and nutrition is to growing longer hair. If you want to get long hair that is healthy, you need to put healthy things into your body. Your hair is affected by what and how you eat, just like you skin and every other part of you is. There are certain vitamins that promote healthy and fast hair growth, and those are important to take on a regular basis.
